Where do I report a bug?
Please drop us a message on the Discord server if you encounter a bug with the website or server itself, please make sure to include steps to reproduce the issue and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
How do I request a new feature?
Feature requests can be submitted on our server inside the #suggestions channel on the server. Be as descriptive as possible and explain the problem the feature would solve.
What happens after I submit a bug or feature request?
Our team will take a look and appropriately take action, if we need more information, we’ll reach out.
What about reporting a user / behavioural issue?
Please report any issues directly to us in the server by using the #help-support channel to open a ticket.
