Should Yorkshire puddings be a starter?

For some, a delicacy worthy of it's own platter

Should Yorkshire puddings be an actual course… or do they belong right there on the plate with everything else? Some people swear they should come before the roast — hot puds, gravy, maybe a bit of mint sauce, like a proper warm-up. Others say that’s madness and they’re non-negotiable with the main event, soaking up gravy alongside the meat, spuds, and veg. We want to know what real Yorkshire folk think.
